The staff at this property exceptional; super friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Special mention to the following staff; Irin front desk Sam front desk Thae restaurant Katoon restaurant Phyu restaurant Rat chef Aye bartender breakfast Mali bartender breakfast Su bartender breakfast Vivi Bartender breakfast Bo Bo waiter Myat waiter Lekgy waitress entrance to breakfast Miya bartender entrance to breakfast Si Thu entrance bartender. The location is also fantastic and they have a shuttle which takes you into Patong center quite frequently. The property was always clean which was also very great.

The location was great - close to Patong/Bangla Road. The free shuttle ran every hour to take us to Patong, this was very useful. The breakfast was excellent - great spread of options and drinks and the food was very tasty. The pool was great, room service was great and appropriately priced too. The room was comfy and the view was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

The staff!! The hospitality crew were beyond amazing, they were genuinely happy, helpful, kind and so hard working. They really added to my experience there. Rooms are comfy and clean, My was a touch noisy because it was located on the main road and on the mezzanine level but really not too bad at all. The pool was epic and best view in town. Breakfast was abundant and was open until 11am. Love my stay.

Amazing hotel and treated like royalty. The room was hugeeee and so luxurious. The pool is incredible and over looks the sea. There is a swim up bar also. Everything you would need and the breakfast is incredible …. They do EVERYTHING. A lovely location as a bit out of the craziness but still so close to everything. Would 100% come back.
